The Last In The Series

It's been a great ride...but like all rides...it comes to an end. That doesn't mean we're going off the air (for long)...it just means we're changing rides :P

This incarnation of the show has met it's match (Maf's moving house) and like any good Doctor Who, I'm hoping for a regeneration in September. But stay tuned throughout the hiatus for special shows and Snuggly goodness.

On that subject, we had this mail from Jeff:

I have to side with Maf and say the shows will continue, they'll be different, but they'll still work and we'll listen!

Live this show we bring you the return of Pirate Dave, Tamaras here, Chris Deans with us and we relive our best bits...be warned, however, there seems to be a little extra emotion in the room

We drag up our Angelina Jolie 'interview', have some gig catering and generally enjoy everything that is quintessentially Snug for two hours.

I appear to be having a problem with leaky eyes so I'll leave by telling you to listen to the show..

The One with 4 Years

It's our birthday...kind of.  This show is the nearest mark to our 4th birthday.  Yes, The Snug has been going for that long.  And with 2 more shows to go after this before the end of the 'season', you'd better make the most of it.

Steff joins the increasing live posse and regales us with stories of his youth...and a joke or two (we apologise in advance...especially for ruining the punchline with our piss taking).

We're quite enjoying our new home at The Vic...shame we didn't do it sooner.  We have beer on tap and a liver than live posse. (and a new set of comedy characters, like Steff the ex-wrestler and Heather the opinionated barmaid, not to mention Aled the bamboozled taxi driver)

As we get to the end of this four year 'season', it's up to you to steer the course of the new season debuting in September.

The One with Heather

We're back in our new home...The Royal Victoria in Prestatyn. They've kindly let us settle in their back room for the rest of this seasons show

That means that Chris Dean (of Naked Calendar fame) can join us again live....and we get many an interjection for barmaid Heather (who has just submitted her calendar shot to the Flickr page).

Our chat is all over the place tonight...and we even hand the mics over to Chris and Norma while we both go for a wee :P

Heather gives us a long rundown of the state of Soccer without pausing for breath.  It all goes over our heads but we get her back by talking about geeky stuff..

The One Back In The Vic

Goddamn it....we spoke too soon.  Redten Internet have let you all down again as they appear to have stopped Mafs internet again for no good reason.  This means we load up the Snug-in-a-box and pay a return visit to The Vic.

Chris Dean (of Naked Calendar fame) joins us live in the pub and we kick off by asking our listeners to send in element films.

We fill you in on the shennanigans of Black Fox and Malcolms spoons that we experienced on Tuesday night along with our trip to Steffs where we meet Toni and Yvonne.

Aled (of Where's Aled fame) & Jane suprise us live and we talk about naked pics & soft toys...the mind really does boggle.  Fluffy arrived late but rattles off many element related films

Maf discusses his Pinball woes and chat to Lee about his sudden interest in Macs & Guitar Hero.  Tamara Skypes the show to give us an update on her upcoming visit.

we kind of descend into Aled bashing for the tail end of the show (he makes it so easy though) and we have a riot....why not download the show now and find out.
