March 6th - Show 191 - Podcast 106

The One With Maf Sacked

Vote for us on Live 365!!!

We have a deja vu starting this week as we get 5 mins in and Maf realises he hasn't started the recorder...aren't you glad you only catch the podcast :P

We're straight in to the major event of the week as Maf is dismissed from his cushy job in the UKs premier Theme Park. Damn, it was a good job...and he was an idiot.. Oh well, life goes on.

We're also working through another list of words this week so prepare yourself for surreal outbursts and plenty of bell dinging.

Maf tells us about his gift from FluffyLamb...naked beads, then gets an eye-opening lesson in love beads from Lee and the audience. You'd think he'd seen enough porn to know already...but apparently not :P

We move ponderously onto Maf and Mrs Lees school days as Maf has to visit school about his errant and wayward young son (you'll never believe what he's bloody done now) and meets one of his old teachers...beware!! Nostalgia ahead!

Partway through trying to sell his arcade machines...Maf starts hearing noises...Luckily on listening back we find he's not actually going mad. Then we play you a short selection of unusual cover versions you may not have heard before...this in turn makes Maf think he may change the Live365 music selection to include them. If any of these take your fancy, drop us a line.

We have a twisted version of Harikaraoke then Maf has a rant about Frets On Fire. Lee briefly covers his watching of Rambo 4 and Maf shares some of Hatchets gruesome deaths. Then after Lee Mead, we discover a shocking gap in Mafs music knowledge.

If you've got anything that you'd like to hear in the show...feel free to tell us snugradio@yahoo.co.uk
