Fluffys Log.
Snugdate: 20 October 2005

well, welcome to yet another blog....

As per usual we start with the general housekeeping, where and how you can get in touch with he Guys..

Big News!!! Tami finally has her webcam up and running although Lee is having trouble getting to watch it.

Logo competition is still up and running... only one entrant so far ( Me!), so get your thinking caps on. If you have an idea you'd like me to have a go at putting into pictures, you can get hold of me on the forum and I'll try my best. :oD

Maf has problems getting into the chatroom again... honestly, it must just be him because the rest of us have no problems with it at all!

Lee wants to raise some money for cancer research, his idea was to do a sponsored walk. I personally think he'd get more people to sponsor him if he agreed to have a back, sack and crack wax (this was discussed on The Snug many moons ago, and seems to have been conveniently forgotten ;o) )

Theme for tonight - SLOGANS!

We had a multitude of slogans suggested throughout the show.... way to many to mention in the blog, so I have picked out some of the best.....
'The Snug is my master now'
'The Snug made me do it'
'The Snug - better than a kick in the head with a frozen boot' Nice one Tami! ;o)
'Every Snug has a story'
'The Snug - anticipate the silence' Another good one from Tami :oD
'I'd sleep with The Snug' I think this one was Mafs favourite!

Do do do dooo.........enter the twilight zone......
Strange goings on with Maf at the weekend, all starts with nightmares, freaky handprints and Maf loosing his bottle. You'll have to listen to the repeats to get the full story ;o)
My opinion..... Stay off the cheese before bed :oP

Next weeks Halloween special gets a mention.... an outside broadcast from a secret location ;o)

Lee begins to feel left out as no one messages him, poor thing.

We discuss misheard lyrics for example - chicken tikka, doodle i do, or take your teeth out tickle my toe. Or I believe in a thin cut loaf (The darkness- I believe in a thing called love)

Film reviews of the week (obviously these are just summaries of what was said, you'll have to listen to the repeats to get the full review) -

Wallace and Grommit - Really good! I thought the film was pants, which led to Lee telling me (in perfect comic timing) No Fluff, that was 'The wrong trousers'!

Firefly Serentity - THE BEST FILM EVER!! ( well I kind of got that impression from Maf! :oP) Just for the record... Lee is most pleased when Maf makes a mistake ( yes you heard it right, he made a mistake!!) by supplying the wrong song for the review.

Tune - John Shuttleworth - Y reg ( kind of reminds me of a cross between Rolf Harries and Fred Dibnah! )
Paul Anka - Smells like teen spirit and Everybody hurts

Maf tells the story of his sons Junior firefighters group. Their leader had to send form off to gorvenmental types who only signed the English part of the form and not the Welsh.... apparently they don't know how to sign they're names in Welsh. Quite worrying really... these people run the Country!!

Lee and Shelly start up their own Logo business - Lemon Logos

Skype of the Week - Paul in Sydney (sydneyman71) Only a short call, just about managed to direct him to the website!
Maf reveals his plan to take over the world Country by Country through Skype. OK, that may have been an ickle white lie I think upping the listener stats was more the plan.

And to finish... WTB Joke spot and Hari kareoke (Robbie Williams - Have you met miss Jones)

I think I've covered everything in, after taking 8 pages of notes, I hope I have!!!

Catch ya later.....

Fluffs xx
